About the event
Join Monica Allaire-McMahon from Barrington Barks and Behavior for Sensory Explorers: An Awakening of Senses and Well-being.
Each 30-minute session is designed to stimulate your dog's senses, including smell, sight, taste, touch, and hearing, as well as their proprioception and vestibular system. Your dog is allowed to explore and interact with items of their choice at their own pace, enhancing their sense of autonomy, which can boost confidence and reduce stress levels.
Sessions will take place in a safe environment with one dog and person team at a time, off leash, and guided by a trainer to ensure a calming experience for both dogs and their owners. No previous training is necessary; simply sit back and enjoy watching your dog embrace their natural instincts.
